After a brief stint at the Pizza Factory when he was 19, Sol became an expert at “slangin’ dough.” In college he would regularly make delicious home-made pizza creations for us. He hasn’t made a pizza in a looonnnggg time and has recently become re-inspired to go back to his roots. We got some delicious fresh ingredients from Trader Joes, including their cheap and delicious pre-packaged dough, and he whipped us up a to-die-for pie. The icing on the cake was that he used the fresh goose sausage that our friend Jeff actually hunted himself and froze for us. It was so flavorful and delicious!
